Juan Peralta
Executive Director

Juan was a student at NOE and part of the 2001 Dream Team Exchange program. He went on to graduate with a degree in economics and was working in a government office when a desire to serve God full-time led him back to NOE. He was the Director of NOE Primero until June of 2022 when he took over as the Executive Director of NOE International. He continues to get his greatest satisfaction through ministering in the lives of young people.

Hugo Bedolla
NOE Loma Libre Director

Hugo was the first full-time Mexican employee of NOE International, where he has worked since 1995. He was very involved in every step of construction of NOE Loma Libre where he is the Director, and his wife Myriam is the Office Manager. Hugo helped design NOE’s very successful Explorers Bible club.

NOE Primero Director

Ale studied English at NOE where she became a Christian. She went on to graduate college as an architect but we are happy to have her fulltime as the Director at NOE Primero. She loves organizing and encouraging her team there.

Claudia Rios
NOE Primero Teacher and Angel Program Coordinator

Claudia grew up only two blocks from NOE Primero where she was very involved in everything. She became a Christian through the NOE ministry and participated in the 2011 Exchange program. Claudia teaches English and coordinates NOE’s Angel program.

Said Teran
NOE Madero Director

Said teaches English at NOE Loma Libre. His wife Diane oversees fundraising for NOE in Mexico. Said has become an important part of the team at Loma Libre. He loves mixing it up with groups that visit NOE from the USA.

Alejandra Franco
Bookkeeper

Alejandra started working at NOE in 1995. She is the bookkeeper, morning receptionist, and administrator of our English accreditation. She enjoys working at NOE because of the educational opportunities it provides to the community and for the chance to work with such a great team.

David Boos
President

David and his wife Becky were introduced to NOE through their church, Cornerstone, in Gresham Oregon. David visited NOE in 2015 with two other men from Cornerstone to see if it would be a meaningful short term missions trip for young people from Cornerstone. David fell in love with NOE during that trip. He found it to be a very effective ministry in bring kids and their families to faith in Christ. David joined the NOE board in 2017 and has been an advocate and supporter of the NOE ministry ever since. Besides making several trips to Morelia, David and Becky also hosted a NOE exchange student. David is a retired postal employee who loves to spend time outdoors hiking, fishing and hunting. He and his wife enjoy time with their 12 grandchildren.

Ryan Jones
Vice President

Ryan has a passion for serving, utilizing his financial background to aid the ministries he works with. He and his wife Amy have two children, Hayden & Kylie, and they attend Cornerstone Church, where Ryan serves as head of finance. Through Cornerstone's involvement in the NOE ministry, Ryan and his family were introduced to NOE and quickly fell in love with the people, the mission and how abundantly the Lord is working in this region of Mexico. In 2019, Ryan, Amy and their children spent spring break in Morelia visiting the centers and then decided to host a summer intern, Pau Gomez, who they have become close to. Ryan & Amy have been blessed more than words can express by NOE and are honored to be a part of the organization.

Jolene Cox
Secretary

Jolene and her husband, Dan, have had the privilege of watching NOE’s ministry develop from the very beginning. In the summer of 2013, Jolene traveled to Morelia with their two youngest children. They were impacted by the genuine friendships, as well as meeting many students whose lives had been changed through the influence of caring teachers, coaches and staff at NOE. The Cox family has enjoyed hosting Dream Team students two different summers. Their daughter Bethany returned to Morelia last fall as an intern, teaching English classes at NOE. Jolene joined the board in 2018 and is honored to be a part of supporting NOE so that more students have the opportunity to experience the love of Christ. Jolene also works with students one on one as an educational therapist at Good Shepherd School.

Angela Wolfson
Director

Angela and her husband Neil became partners of NOE in 2015 when their family had the privilege of hosting a Dream Team student. For the past five years, Angela has been actively involved in coordinating the Dream Team Exchange trip in Portland. Having had the opportunity to visit Morelia twice, Angela and Neil admire the Mexican culture, food and NOE’s dedication to their students. They like to say they have a large, extended family in Morelia. Their daughter, Jaden has been residing in Morelia since Sept. 2019 and teaches at NOE Primero as an intern. Angela joined the NOE Board in January 2020. She loves to serve at Northwest Children's Outreach, to sew, journal and lead a weekly bible study group.

Dan Jackson
Director

Dan Jackson has been friends with Brian Overcast since before NOE opened its doors way back in the mists of prehistory. Along with his wife Dayna, Dan has been privileged to be part of the Angel program, hosted two astonishingly wonderful Dream Team students (Hi Gisela! Hi Pau!) and visited Morelia twice in the past few years. Dan has been involved in too many ministry opportunities for him to remember, but they include elder, preacher, Sunday School teacher, and Young Adults pastor. On the side he writes his own short bios. He currently lives in Washougal, Washington and attends Harvest Community Church.

Tiffany Pate
Director

Romans 8:28-29 is Tiffany's favorite Bible verse because of the reminder that nothing can separate us from God's love through Jesus. Tiffany first encountered NOE several years ago through her church, Cornerstone in Gresham, Oregon. Her husband Andrew and her oldest daughter Ainsley have visited NOE several times each and their family has loved supporting NOE for the past several years. Tiffany is an elementary school teacher in Damascus, Oregon and she also has an education administrative license. She is the mom to four children and enjoys spending time watching her kids play sports and travel with her family.

Jeff Hartwell
Director

Jeff was introduced to the ministry of NOE in 2014 when he chaperoned for a group from North Clackamas Christian School. He has always had a heart for foreign missions and takes every opportunity to use his chiropractic skill for the benefit of missionaries and the people they serve. After the trip to NOE, Jeff and his wife Allison decided to host a NOE student and they loved their experience. Jeff is passionate about the ministry of NOE.

Allison Hartwell
Director

Allison was introduced to NOE when her husband Jeff went on a group visit and then as a family they hosted one of NOE's summer exchange students. They have since hosted other students, been involved in NOE fundraisers, and have made more trips down to Morelia. Allison loves how NOE betters young people’s future in life with education, but especially how it plants, fertilizes and gives water to the seeds of the gospel message that are presented there.

Terri Pace
U.S. Office & Donor Care Coordinator

Terri first learned about NOE International through friends at her church. Then in 2017, former Board member Nancy Lacy alerted her to a job opportunity and Terri was hired on as NOE's Office Coordinator. Terri's passion for NOE has grown each year, especially after meeting Dream Team exchange students in Oregon and a recent visit to Mexico. In her mind, the quality of NOE's programs is evident when you see first-hand the character of students and hear their English skills. Terri thrives in getting to know NOE supporters and witness the generosity behind the ministry. Terri has two grown sons and lives in Portland with her husband Tom. She enjoys gardening and playing flute in a community band.
