You can impact the inspiring students of NOE by serving or giving in a way that employs your talents and fulfills your calling.
NOE relies on more than one hundred volunteers to deliver classes, activities, and ministry offerings to NOE students each year. And the majority of NOE’s annual budget comes from hundreds more supportive financial partners. If you are inspired by NOE’s work, please consider these opportunities to serve and give.

Become an Angel
You can underwrite one student’s education at a NOE Center for just $30 a month. You’ll connect with your student through letters and email, knowing you’re making a very real difference in his or her life.
Host a Student
Each summer, NOE’s Dream Team of advanced English students come to visit Portland, Oregon or Charlotte, North Carolina for four weeks. Host one of these students and expand your family’s world.
Pray for NOE
Nothing happens at NOE without God leading the way, and you can partner with us by lifting up prayer requests to God on NOE’s behalf. There are also opportunities to organize groups that pray regularly for specific NOE programs.
Volunteer at a NOE Event
Each spring and fall, NOE hosts fundraising events in the Portland area that require a strong team of volunteers. Please consider using your talents to help with an event, whether by recruiting participants, serving on the planning team, or just spreading the word for us. If you want to get the word out about NOE, we can use your help!
Teach as an Intern
Receive a unique, rich, and fulfilling international experince by teaching English at one of the NOE Centers. Experience cross-cultural ministry and work on your Spanish as well!

It is so easy to catch the vision for what God is doing when you see it first-hand. The stories and the pictures we share are from real people, and we’d love for you to come meet them!
Support NOE Staff and Interns
NOE interns and some of our U.S. staff who serve in Mexico raise a portion or all of their support. You can pray for them and bless them with a financial donation.
Make a One-Time Gift to a NOE Project
As NOE strives to reach more and more students in Morelia, the NOE Centers must also expand their resources and ensure that our facilities, vehicles, and staff have the capacity to serve additional students. Much of our funding comes from monthly gifts from Angels, but each year NOE’s Board of Directors and leadership staff determine one-time priority projects that will enable the centers to expand. Our annual fundraising efforts include seeking support for these vital needs.
