People Educated. Christ Revealed. Lives Transformed.

Grant Snodgrass

Work Summary

In February 2016, I first visited the NOE León and Morelia Centers. It was during this time, Juan Peralta offered me an opportunity; the center recently lost a teacher and had a need for an American to fill in the position. After a good amount of prayer, I found myself making the decision to return to Morelia just three weeks later and working as an intern teacher. I spent April through July teaching a variety of English classes, being involved with worship, and mentoring students. These were some of the best months of my life so far; it has truly been an honor to experience the life-change NOE brings to the students and staff alike.

Now, I have returned to Morelia to continue serving. Since the fall 2016 term, I have been teaching five periods of English classes, but I also love being more involved with the center's ministry as a whole beyond the English program. I've stepped into a leadership role in the Bible Study and youth group, as well as working to mentor the 2017 Dream Team.
