The annual exchange has brought over 250 students to the USA since 1996, impacting both their lives and those of the families that host them. We call them the “Dream Team.”

Each year the NOE staff select a group of 10-12 of the most deserving English students to participate in the exchange program here in the United States. These students have successfully completed the 5-year English program and represent NOE’s philosophy of a well-rounded life. Dubbed the “Dream Team,” they spend a month experiencing an American Christian home, participate in daily life and church activities, and work to improve their English skills.

Our hope is that this life-changing experience will encourage them to see God in a new way and go on to accomplish even more with their lives. Host families are key to making a difference in the lives of these students and provide them with a warm and loving home while they’re here in the states. It is true that families and students are equally blessed by the exchange program experience.
